Project: Along with one co-leader, I designed and constructed the interior space and organizational system of the Trinity Yard School Library. As leaders of a high school community service trip, we worked with TYS staff and our students to implement an effective design. I managed the layout and construction while my co-leader oversaw book sorting, labeling and shelving, all of which were critically important to the project’s success. We were fortunate to have an outstanding architectural space into which we could implement our design. The Ghana Service Learning Trip is a biannual project of my former employer, InterConnections 21, and Arcadia Service Learning in partnership with the Trinity Yard School.
